Will Call
General will call tickets may be picked up on the day of the game at the Wintrust Arena Box Office. Will Call pick up windows will open 2 hours prior to tipoff.
DePaul Player Guests
DePaul Player Guests will be able to pick up their tickets at the Pass List Entrance located inside the main entrance atrium of Wintrust Arena (200 E. Cermak Rd) starting 90 minutes prior to tipoff. Main entrance is located at the corner of Cermak Rd. and Indiana Ave. Per NCAA rules, a photo ID is required to pick up all tickets from the player guest pass list. Player Guests must enter through the main entrance gates in order to obtain tickets and not through the pedestrian bridge from the parking facility.
Recruits

Visiting Team Player Guests & Visiting Team Will Call
Visiting Team Player Guests and Visiting Team Will Call patrons will be able to pick up their tickets at the Pass List Entrance located inside the main entrance atrium of Wintrust Arena (200 E. Security at Wintrust Arena
Creating a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees is a high priority at Wintrust Arena. Please be aware the following security measures are in place. All guests entering the Wintrust Arena are subject to visual inspection, bag restrictions & inspection and will be required to walk through a magnetometer.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena (100-Level and 200-Level). Adjacent companion seating and additional seating may be purchased based on availability. Guests needing to purchase accessible seating can contact the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office at (773) 325-7526.
