Dance Team Appearance Request Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting the DePaul Dance Team at your event! Please complete the form below and a member of our coaching staff will be in touch to confirm availability and provide any applicable pricing.
Please Note:
• Two weeks advance notice is required for all events.
• Changes will incur a fee if made within one week from the event date.
Sample Fees:
• $500 for the full team
• $250 for a small group
• $175 for two dancers
