Beth Raspopovich Vesa

Beth Raspopvich Vesa played softball for the Blue Demons from 1987 to 1991. Vesa was named to the Academic All-American first team in 1989 and third team in 1991. She was a member of the North Star All-Academic Honor Roll in 1989, 1990 and 1991. At the time of her induction to the Hall of Fame, Vesa ranked fourth all-time in school history with 960 career putouts. She led the 1989 team with a 32.0 batting average, 56 hits, 31 runs and 28 RBI to go along with four triples batted .270
Vesa earned first-team North Star Conference honors in 1998, 1989 and 1991. Additionally, she was team MVP of the 1991 season.
