Bridget Thomas was a three-time Most Outstanding Runner on the Women’s Track team throughout her career as a Blue Demon (1984-88). Thomas’ records were maintained for nearly 20 years after setting them during the 1987 indoor and outdoor seasons – indoor 4x220-yard relay team (1984), 400M hurdles (1985), 4x400M relay team (1986), 200M dash (1987), 4x100M relay team (1987), 4x200M relay team (1987).

At the time of her induction into the Hall of Fame, she held her record for indoor 60-meter hurdles and outdoor 100-meter hurdles. Additionally, Thomas helped set the records in the outdoor 4x800 relay and the distance medley relay in 1987.
