Clem Naughton

Clement “Clem” Naughton was a standout football player for DePaul University from 1937 to 1940. Born in Chicago in 1916, he lettered in multiple seasons and played at multiple line positions including end, showcasing both versatility and toughness. After his college career, Naughton went on to play in the American Football League with the Kenosha Cardinals and later the Buffalo Tigers. In recognition of his athletic achievements at DePaul, he was inducted into the DePaul Athletics Hall of Fame in 1982.
