Dana Kalvaitis Curta

Dana Kalvaitis Curta played for Blue Demon Volleyball from 1984 to 1988. At the time of her induction into the Hall of Fame, Curta held the school record for service aces in a single match with 11 against Marquette (1986), and she accumulated a .818 attack percentage against Cleveland State (1985). Curta ranked fifth in the Blue Demon Record Book with 176 career service aces, fifth in career hitting percentage (.232) and second in solo blocks (121).Â
Curta was named to the North Star All-Conference team in 1984 and 1986, as well as 1985 co-MVP. With her assistance, the team made it to the 1985 North Star Conference Championship.Â
