Dave Mills played for DePaul men's basketball from 1964-66 where he appeared in 76 career games with 860 career points scored. Mills helped the Blue Demons to the 1965 Round of 16 in the NCAA tournament and the 1966 NIT.

Mills was drafted in the seventh round of the 1966 NBA Draft by the Baltimore Bullets.
