Dr. Ken Sarubbi

Dr. Ken Sarubbi has been a cornerstone of DePaul University for over five decades, serving as a faculty member in the College of Education and teaching courses in kinesiology, exercise physiology, and adapted physical education. He also worked as an assistant men’s basketball coach under Ray Meyer, including during the Blue Demons’ 1979 Final Four run, and was instrumental in mentoring student-athletes both on and off the court. In recognition of his contributions to athletics and education, Sarubbi was inducted into the DePaul Athletics Hall of Fame in 1998.
