Frank Linskey played for the DePaul men's basketball team from 1933-35. After his college career he went on to play professionally for the Cicero Elks, Oshkosh All-Stars and the Chicago Bruins. In 1940-41, he served as a player-coach for the Bruins where the team finished with 11 wins and 13 losses.
