Jenny Bruno

Jenny Bruno played softball for the Blue Demons from 1991-94. In her freshman year, Bruno led the Blue Demons with 129 assists in addition to her .316 batting average–the third-highest on the team. In 1994, Bruno helped lead the Blue Demons to a 42-17 record and earned the team their first qualification for the NCAA Tournament.Â
In her senior year, Bruno received the title of First Team All-Midwest Region Shortstop. She continuously batted over .300 and finished her career as the fifth-all-time shortstop in DePaul history with 385 career assists.Â
