Jevgenji Cariov played for the DePaul Tennis Team from 2000-2003, after completing two years at Texas Tech University. At the time of his induction into the Hall of Fame, Caroiv was the only Blue Demon in program history to compete in the 2001 NCAA tournament. He won his first match over Edo Bawono of Kentucky, 6-4 and 6-2. The second match was lost in round 32 to Alex Hartman of Mississippi.

Post-graduation, Cariov won the Broomfield Men’s Open Title in 2015 and advanced to the championship match of the Colorado 2015 Babolat Boulder Open.
