Julianne Sitch played at DePaul from 2002-2005 where she etched her name in the record books as one of the best players in program history. She holds the DePaul school career records in points (90) and assists (26) and ranks third all-time in goals (32) in addition to being 2003 Conference USA Player of the Year. In 2003, she became the first player in program history to earn All-America honors on her way to leading DePaul to its first NCAA Appearance. Â
Following her collegiate career, she went on to play professionally and is currently the head coach for the women's soccer program at Denver. Last fall, Sitch made history as the first female head coach of an NCAA men's soccer team to win a national championship after leading the University of Chicago to their first Division III national title.
