Kenny Patterson

Kenny “Peanut” Patterson was a member of the Blue Demon Men’s Basketball team from 1981-85. Patterson remain's DePaul's all-time leader in both career assists and steals. He was a 1985 honorable mention All-American and at the time of his induction into the Hall of Fame was the only player in program history to lead the Blue Demons in assists in four-straight seasons.
Patterson tallied 1,111 career points with 114 consecutive starts in his career to tally over 4,000 minutes played. In a second-round 1983 NIT game against Northwestern, Patterson scored a half-court buzzer-beater in front of 17,579 fans.
Post-graduation, Patterson was a third-round NBA draft pick for the Indiana Pacers.
