Kerry Sloan

Kerry Sloan was a walk-on member of Blue Demon Men’s Track from 1982-86. In 1986, Sloan set the 400M school record (51.66). Additionally, he is a former 200M hurdle (indoor) and 400M (outdoor) school record holder. Sloan was named the All-Central Collegiate Conference in the 1984 1600M relay as well as the 400M hurdles (1986). He also recorded nine of 12 best times in the 400M hurdles from 1970-1984. Sloan was a part of the team that won the mile relay at the Bally Invitational (1982 & 1984).Â
Sloan was named the 1984-85 Indoor and Outdoor Most Outstanding Performer and 1985-86 Outdoor Co-Most Outstanding Performer.Â
