Marge Meyer was a devoted ambassador for DePaul University whose service reflected deep commitment to the Blue Demon community. As the wife of legendary coach Ray Meyer, she supported the university’s basketball program and broader athletics family with steadfast loyalty. In recognition of her dedicated service and lasting influence, DePaul Athletics honored her with the Special Service Award in its Hall of Fame in 1984. Her legacy continues at DePaul through the Ray & Marge Meyer Court, named in 2003, and the Marge Meyer Endowed Scholarship, established to support men’s basketball student-athletes.
