McKinley Cowsen played for DePaul from 1957-60 where he averaged 12.9 points per game with 10.1 rebounds and helped the Blue Demons to a successful three seasons.
Following his collegiate career, Cowsen returned to his alma mater at DuSable High School where he coached for seven years earning a 135-34 record.
