Mfon Udoka attended DePaul University from 1994-98 in which she played under Head Coach Doug Bruno. Udoka led the Blue Demons to multiple NCAA championships throughout her career, including an advance to the second round of the 1996 tournament. Through Udoka’s contribution, DePaul obtained a Conference USA regular-season title. At the time of her induction into the Hall of Fame, Udoka was the second all-time in career free throw attempts, 4th in rebounding, 5th in free throws and rebounding average, as well as 9th in field goal percentage. Additionally, Udoka was 11th all-time in blocks and 12th in scoring average.Â
Post graduation, Udoka played for the WNBA’s Detroit Shock (1998), Houston Comets (2003) and Los Angeles Sparks (2004). In 2004 Udoka was drafted for Nigeria’s D’Tigress in the Athens Summer Olympics.Â
