Paul Gustke

Paul H. Gustke was a star bowler at DePaul University whose skill and leadership in collegiate bowling earned him induction into the DePaul Athletics Hall of Fame in 1987. During his time at DePaul, he won the match-play championship in back-to-back seasons, showcasing his competitive drive and consistency. After college, Gustke maintained his passion for the sport and competed in many national bowling events, including more than 60 USBC Open Championships, a testament to his lifelong dedication to bowling. He passed away in 2020, leaving behind a legacy as one of DePaul’s most respected and enduring athletes in the sport.
