Richard Cook

Richard Cook played for the DePaul Blue Demons from 1960 to 1963, earning a reputation as a consistent and hardworking player. During the 1961–62 season, he averaged 14.6 points and 9.4 rebounds per game, helping lead the team with his scoring and rebounding. As a senior in 1962–63, Cook continued to be a key contributor on the court, providing leadership and performance for the Blue Demons. In recognition of his accomplishments and contributions to DePaul basketball, he was inducted into the DePaul Athletics Hall of Fame in 1991. His time at DePaul remains a notable part of the program’s history.
