Susanne Fogarty Muszalski played for the Blue Demon Volleyball team from 1987 to 1991. Muszalski was named to the Mideast All-Region team in 1990 and won the Great Midwest Most Valuable Player award in 1991. Additionally, she was the first and only All-American 1991 and named to the first team All-Conference in (1990, 1991). In her senior year, Muszalski earned the Senior Leadership Award.Â
At the time of her induction into the Hall of Fame, Muszalski held the single-game record for attempts in a match (98). Muszalski also held the number two and three spots for single-season digs with 555 in 1990 and 528 in 1991. She finished her career with a record of 757 kills in the 1991 season and 2,134 career kills overall. She also holds the records for single-season attempts (1807) and career attempts (5797). Muszalski was team MVP in 1989, 1990 and 1991.Â
