Throughout his time at DePaul (1985-89), Terence Greene assisted the Blue Demons in reaching the NCAA tournament four consecutive years. Greene scored 1,334 career points, averaging 10.5 points in 125 games played. Serving as team captain in 1988-89, Greene helped lead the team to a 21-12 record. He graduated with 449 assists, a mark that remains the sixth most in program history.Â
Greene became the first DePaul player to record a triple-double on Jan. 5, 1987 against Furman where he scored 12 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists. He stood as the only Blue Demon to do so until David Jones did so on Feb. 9, 2022 against Georgetown.Â
Following graduation, Greene spent two seasons on the practice squad for the New York Giants and eventually played basketball professionally in Mexico and France.Â
