Giandelone Leads Men's Cross Country Again

KENOSHA, WI - Senior Eric Giandelone continues to have an outstanding fall as he led the DePaul men's cross country team at the Midwest Collegiate Cross Country Championships on Saturday, September 16 at the Wisconsin-Parkside Course.

Giandelone, who was honored as the Conference USA Cross Country Male Athlete of the Week on Tuesday, finished first for the Blue Demons and sixth overall in a time of 25:34.

DePaul's Luis Samayoa finished 27th overall with a time of 26:28. He was followed by Larry Vonckx who was 44th in 26:45.

The Blue Demon contingent was rounded out by Darshan Patel (27:46), Kim Trieu (27:53), Rick Britton (28:21) and Kai Murray (29:23).
