Men's Tennis Announces Signee

CHICAGO – Marcos Inchauste has signed a National Letter-of-Intent to play tennis at DePaul it was announced today by Blue Demon assistant coach Luke Taylor.

Inchauste, a native of Bolivia, was ranked as high as number two in the Under-18 age group in his country's national rankings. Inchauste was also ranked in the top 20 COSAT. This past year, he has trained at the renowned Newcombe's Tennis Ranch in New Braunfels, Texas.

"We are extremely excited about getting Marcos and welcome him to the DePaul men's tennis family,” Taylor said. "He is extremely talented and will add much needed depth to a team that has potential to be among the top 50 next year."

Inchauste will be joined with seven returning lettermen from a team that improved from a 5-19 in 2003 to a 13-13 mark – with a nine-match winning streak, this past season.
