Where is your ticket office located and when is it open?
The DePaul Ticket Office is located in the 1st Floor Lobby of the Sullivan Athletic Center adjacent McGrath Arena, 2323 N. Sheffield Ave., Chicago, Ill. Regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Allstate Arena Box Office: The Allstate Arena Box Office is located at 6920 N. Mannheim Rd. Rosemont, IL. The box office offers walk-up service only. Regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Saturday, Noon - 5:00 p.m. Also open three hours prior to events and one hour after start of each event.
Where are DePaul Athletics Sporting Events held?
Men’s Basketball: Regular season home games are played at Allstate Arena (unless otherwise noted), located at 6920 N. Mannheim Rd. in Rosemont, Ill. For Allstate Arena Information, Directions, and Seating visit www.allstatearena.com.
Women’s Basketball & Volleyball: Home games are played at McGrath Arena, located at 2323 N. Sheffield Ave. in Chicago on DePaul’s Lincoln Park Campus.
Men’s and Women’s Soccer: Home games are played at Wish Field, located on the 900 block of West Belden Ave. on DePaul’s Lincoln Park Campus.
Softball: Home games are played at Cacciatore Stadium, which is located on the 900 block of West Belden Ave. on DePaul’s Lincoln Park Campus.
Is there parking available?
Men’s Basketball: Allstate Arena parking information is available at www.allstatearena.com.
Women’s Basketball: Parking is conveniently located directly adjacent to McGrath Arena at the 2335 N. Sheffield Ave. Parking Structure for $6.
Varsity Sports: Parking is conveniently located directly adjacent to McGrath Arena at the 2335 N. Sheffield Avenue Parking Structure on DePaul’s Lincoln Park Campus.
How can I purchase tickets to Basketball Games?
Purchasing Tickets for Men’s and Women’s Basketball: DePaul University Athletics offers a variety easy ways to obtain both Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tickets.
1. In advance, visit the DePaul University Athletics Ticket Office inside the Sullivan Athletic Center’s first floor lobby during regular office hours (weekdays from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
2. Visit www.ticketmaster.com to purchase your DePaul Basketball tickets via the internet.
3. Call Ticketmaster to order DePaul Basketball tickets by phone at (312) 559-1212.
4. Visit any Ticketmaster Outlet including the Allstate Arena Box Office (open 11am-7pm Monday – Friday; Noon-5pm on Saturdays) to purchase DePaul Men’s Basketball tickets. For a complete list of Illinois Ticketmaster locations please click here.
5. In person On Game Days, for Men’s Basketball tickets please purchase tickets at the Allstate Arena Box Office, which opens at 11am on weekdays and three hours prior to all events. For Women’s Basketball Game Day tickets, purchase at the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office located at the Sullivan Athletic Center adjacent to McGrath Arena.
6. As always, you can purchase Individual Game Tickets and Group Ticket Packages in advance by calling the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office at (773) 325-SLAM (7526). Please ask to speak with a Ticket Representative.
Are you required to purchase tickets for fall and spring sporting events?
Purchasing Tickets for Volleyball, Soccer, and Softball: Tickets for these sports are available on gameday only. All Fall and Spring Sports that require purchasing tickets for admission, will have a Ticket Booth at the main entrance to the event. Doors will open one hour prior to the start of each event. If you are looking to bring out a large number of guests (10 or more), please contact the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office at (773) 325-SLAM to take advantage of Group Ticket Deals and Discounts.
How can I pay for tickets?
Payment Information: The DePaul Athletics Ticket Office accepts cash, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in advance and must be made payable to: DePaul University Athletics. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
How will tickets be shipped?
Shipping Information: All ticket orders placed one week prior to the game date will be mailed unless the purchaser requests that tickets be left at Will Call. Ticket orders are mailed via the USPS.
Is there a Will Call option?
Will Call Information and Pickup: All orders placed less than 1 week prior to the scheduled game date will automatically be held in Will Call. A government issued photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. At the Allstate Arena, Will Call is located inside the Allstate Arena Box Office across the street from the North Entrance of the arena and available for pickup 90 minutes prior to game time. At McGrath Arena, Will Call is located at the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office and available for pickup 60 minutes prior to game time. Advance Will Call tickets for DePaul sporting events may be picked up prior to the day of the game at the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office during regular business hours.
I have complimentary tickets waiting for me to pick up on game day. Where do I pick them up at? Do I need to show picture ID?
Players, Coach, Dance, Cheer – Complimentary Guest List Pass Gate: According to the NCAA Issuance Procedures, the individual utilizing the complimentary admission must present government issued photo identification to the person supervising the use of the pass list and the admission gate. (Rule 16.2.1.2.1 in the NCAA 2008-2009 Division 1 Manual). If you are going to be receiving complimentary tickets for a Blue Demons home event left by a DePaul player, coach, dance team member, or cheerleader you must report to the appropriate pass gate to sign for your individual ticket. At Allstate Arena, the Complimentary Guest Pass Gate is located on the North End (Lunt Avenue) of the arena inside the entrance gate to Allstate Arena. At McGrath Arena, the Complimentary Guest Pass Gate is located inside the South West Entrance to McGrath Arena. At Wish Field/Cacciatore Stadium, the Complimentary Guest Pass Gate is located at the Main Entrance to the event.
I have a young child that I wish to bring along to the game. Do I need to purchase an extra ticket?
Infant/Children Admission Policy: At the Allstate Arena, everyone over the age of two must have a ticket to enter the event. Any child under the age of two must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat. If your child requires a seat, then a ticket must be purchased.
Is there Accessible Seating available at DePaul Athletic Events?
Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office to arrange for tickets in those sections.
My tickets were lost/stolen/destroyed. What should I do?
Lost/Stolen/Destroyed Tickets: Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding your lost, stolen, or destroyed ticket situation. The DePaul Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost or destroyed. Replacements are only issued for season ticket holders and must be requested 1 week prior to the event.
Are there refunds?
Refund Policy: No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted. All sales are final. Questions or concerns regarding these topics should be directed to the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office.
