DePaul Cross Country Team Tryouts Begin Aug. 27

CHICAGO - The DePaul cross country team will conduct tryouts for the 2012 cross country season beginning on Monday, Aug. 27.
Interested students must participate in a full week of practices that begin at 1 p.m. each day and will be entered as an unattached athlete in the Blue Demons' season-opening meet, the Early Bird Invitational Friday, Aug. 31 in west suburban Elmhurst.
Women will compete in a 4K run and men in a 6K.
Students must e-mail assistant coach Leah Bohr (lbohr2@depaul.edu) by Tuesday, Aug. 21 to express interest. After providing their DePaul student identification number, more information will be provided.
