Today In Blue Demon History
On September 21st 2009, Tony Aguilar became the first Blue Demon men's soccer player to be awarded the BIG EAST Rookie of the Week honor. It was also his first collegiate award. This was just after he scored the tying and game winning goal against Marquette, the day before. Click Here for the full story.

Sports Report:
Men's Basketball: Game times and additional BIG EAST television information have been announced for the 2012-13 season with the Blue Demons making at least 23 television appearances. All 18 BIG EAST games will be televised once again with DePaul playing two conference games on ESPN2 and three games on ESPNU. Click Here for the full update on this coming season's schedule.
Women's Soccer: Amber Paul has a shooter's mentality that is driving her to become a better scorer this season.That was evident on Thursday after the attacking midfielder knocked in the eventual game-winning goal in a 2-0 nonconference victory over St. Louis at Wish Field. Women's Volleyball: The DePaul volleyball team will be searching for its first road win of the year when it heads to No. 10 Louisville and Cincinnati this weekend for its first BIG EAST Conference action of the fall season.The Blue Demons meet Louisville on Friday, September 21 at 7:00 p.m. and will head to Cincinnati following the match to take on the Bearcats on Sunday, Sept. 23 at 1:00 p.m. Click Here for the full story.
Men's Tennis: The DePaul men's tennis team kicks off another busy weekend on Friday, September 21, sending a pair to Texas and the rest of the roster to Purdue. Junior Filip Dzanko and senior Mathias Hambach will compete at the HEB Intercollegiate in Waco, Texas, while the rest of the team participates in the Purdue Invitational in West Lafayette, Ind. Today: Women's volleyball opens up BIG EAST play at Louisville, Men's tennis is at the Baylor and Purdue invitational.
September 22nd: Men's soccer plays at Marquette at 7:05 p.m, Men's golf continues at the Baylor and Purdue Invitational.
September 23rd: Women's soccer plays Pitt at Wish Field at 1 p.m, Women's volleyball plays at Cincinnati at 1 p.m, Men's golf is at the Windon Memorial in Skokie, and Men's tennis wraps up at the Baylor Invitational.
DePaul men's soccer alumni day is September 29th, 9:30 am alumni game, followed by post game reception in the Hall of Fame Foyer then 1pm kickoff against St. Johns.
