Three Home Games Highlight 'Super Saturday' at DePaul

CHICAGO -- DePaul University is set to host three athletic events on "Super Saturday," Oct. 11, at Wish Field and McGrath-Phillips Arena.
The Blue Demon men's soccer, women's soccer and volleyball teams will all be in action. Tickets for each game are just $5 for adults (18 and up), $3 for ages 13-17 and children under the age of 12 are admitted for free. In addition, ticket stubs from an earlier "Super Saturday" game are good for admission to any game throughout the day.
If you can't make it to the games, fans are invited to watch the games live and free of charge on DePaul's BlueTube page.
The men's soccer team gets the day started at 12 p.m. match against Georgetown. The Blue Demons come into the game with a 4-5-2 overall record and a 1-1 mark in the BIG EAST. A win would give the Blue Demons two conference victories and, more importantly, inch them closer to the BIG EAST Tournament with six points.
Following the men's soccer game the No. 9/13 DePaul women's soccer team (11-0-2, 3-0-1) battles Creighton (9-3-1, 1-2-1) at 3 p.m. DePaul is ranked in a tie for first in the BIG EAST standings and hold a 13-match unbeaten streak with just five contests left in the regular season.
Finally the DePaul volleyball team caps the night with a 7 p.m. game against conference-rival Marquette at McGrath-Phillips Arena. The Blue Demons are in search of their second conference win of the year.
In addition to affordable tickets throughout the day, KidZone will be located in the parking lot under the L near Wish Field for all Junior Demons. KidZone is open from 12-5 p.m. and Junior Demons ages 12 and under will have the chance to win the opportunity to march on the field with the DePaul mascot, DIBS.
