Men's Basketball Adds Baba Diallo to Staff

CHICAGO - DePaul basketball coach Dave Leitao announced today that Baba Diallo has been added to the staff as assistant director of basketball operations. Diallo spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant at Tulsa.
"Baba will be a valuable asset for our program in this support role," said Leitao. "After working with him last year at Tulsa, I'm glad to have him here at DePaul to work with our players and staff on a daily basis."
Diallo joined the Tulsa men's basketball program as a graduate manager beginning with the 2013-14 season. He worked with Leitao at Tulsa during the 2014-15 campaign under head coach Frank Haith.
He came to Tulsa after graduating from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kan., in May 2013 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. He played basketball for two seasons at Baker from 2011-13. Diallo completed his graduate degree in mathematical science at Tulsa in 2015.
Diallo, whose given name is Abdourahmane, is a native of Dakar, Senegal.
