Weekly recap of DePaul teams on social media
CHICAGO – While DePaul's students, coaches and staff are spread out around the world learning, training and working from home, the Blue Demons have remained connected with Zoom meetings and interactions on social media. Highlights from DePaul's online team activities will be highlighted as everyone looks forward to returning to campus.
The volleyball team participated from a distance in DePaul's Vincentian Service Day last weekend.
The men's basketball and men's tennis teams had some special guests on their weekly team Zoom meetings. Hall of Famer Ray Allen joined the basketball team and U.S. Open champion and at one point No. 3 in the world tennis player Marin Cilic joined the men's tennis team's chat.
The women's tennis team thanked their professors for all of their hard work during this time of transition to online coursework.
Avery Hay from the women's soccer team was featured this week as she balances work and school.
Women's soccer head coach Erin Chastain joined John Fanta on Friday for the BIG EAST Moms series.
