Cheer competes at NCA Collegiate Nationals

The DePaul Cheer Team competed at NCA Collegiate Nationals in Daytona Beach last week. Â
Preliminary rounds were held on April 7, with the finals on April 8 at the Daytona Beach Bandshell and Ocean Center.Â

DePaul participated in the Intermediate Small Coed D1 division, finishing in 11th place.   Kennesaw State captured the national championship, edging out College of Charleston and Southern University.   Â

More than 355 teams across all divisions participated in the competition, making it the single largest dance and cheer event in the world. Â
