Katelyn Jamie Earns BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week

Fort Thomas, Ky. native secures first career weekly honor
CHICAGO – DePaul women's soccer sophomore forward/midfielder Katelyn Jamie was named BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced Monday afternoon. The honor marks the first weekly recognition of her career.
Jamie opened the 2025 campaign in record-breaking fashion, netting her first career hat trick in just 44 minutes of action during a 6-2 victory over Chicago State on Thursday, Aug. 14. She tallied goals in the 4th, 19th and 53rd minutes to become the first Blue Demon to record a hat trick since 2021.
The Fort Thomas, Ky. native followed up the performance with a team-high three shots in Sunday's matchup at Northern Illinois, including a late attempt in the 87th minute as DePaul pushed for an equalizer. Through two matches, Jamie leads the Blue Demons with three goals and 10 total shots.
