DePaul Renews and Expands Partnership with Paciolan

CHICAGO – DePaul Athletics has renewed and expanded its partnership with Paciolan, continuing its investment in ticketing technology and business operations that support both the fan experience and the department's long-term growth.
As part of the expansion, DePaul will modernize its Wintrust Arena virtual venue, deploy a new data and analytics platform, and further enhance ticket-scanning technology. Together, these updates will help the department better serve fans, strengthen ticket operations, and support revenue growth.
The renewed agreement is part of DePaul Athletics' broader focus on bolstering its internal business operations and growing the self-generated revenue needed to compete in today's college athletics landscape. Investments in data infrastructure and ticketing technology have helped modernize the department's sales strategy, allowing the DePaul Ticket Office to take a more informed and strategic approach to fan engagement and revenue generation.
"This partnership helps us continue building a more modern and efficient operation that benefits both our fans and our department," said DePaul Associate Vice President and Deputy Athletics Director Taylor Stapleton. "By investing in better technology, data warehouse capabilities, and better processes, we can create a stronger ticketing experience and generate the resources needed to support the future of DePaul Athletics."
With stronger data and analytics tools in place, DePaul will have a clearer view of fan behavior, engagement, and ticket sales trends. That insight will help the department better understand its audience, improve outreach, and make smarter decisions across its ticketing operation. Behind the scenes, these tools will also create a more efficient process and help build additional support for Blue Demon student-athletes.
The renewed partnership comes as DePaul Athletics continues to build momentum in fan engagement and ticket sales. During the 2025–26 seasons, the department recorded revenue growth in every ticketed sport—men's basketball, women's basketball, and women's volleyball—for the third straight year. Men's basketball also posted the largest year-over-year increase in conference-game attendance in the BIG EAST, while DePaul student attendance increased 118% year over year.
"DePaul isn't waiting around – they're making a deliberate investment in data and analytics," said Paciolan President Brendan Lynch. "Paciolan IQ will deliver advanced capabilities to drive revenue and elevate operations. We're excited to support DePaul in what they're building and help them realize success by leveraging new intelligence tools and embedding dedicated analyst resources as an extension of their team."
Paciolan has been the official ticketing partner of the Blue Demons since 2013.
