STUDENT TICKETS
Currently enrolled DePaul University students may receive one complimentary ticket to all regular-season, home DePaul Athletics competitions and select special events.
For non-basketball events, DePaul students are admitted free by scanning their valid DePaul Student ID at the event entrance. Students may sit in select general admission student areas, based on availability. Tickets do not need to be pre-reserved.
For men's and women's basketball games, the below ticket claim process is in place.
DePaul Athletics has introduced an all-new, fully electronic process for ticket and bus reservation claims for men's and women's basketball games at Wintrust Arena. Click the link below to sign-in with your DePaul University credentials (bluekey@depaul.edu) and claim your tickets.
HOW TO CLAIM BASKETBALL TICKETS
How To Claim Basketball Tickets
- Sign in: Select “Sign in as Student” HERE and login with your DePaul University credentials (Bluekey@depaul.edu). Use your full @depaul.edu email address when completing your BlueKey credentials.
- Select Game: Select the desired game.
- Claim Ticket: Claim your (1) complimentary student ticket and (if desired) add discounted guest tickets. Add the order to your cart.
- Bus Reservation: Add your complimentary bus reservation BEFORE completing checkout. Click the blue bus reservation button on the order page and follow the prompts to add a bus reservation to your ticket claim. Bus reservations must be made 24 hours prior to tipoff.
- Complete Checkout: Once your ticket claim and bus reservation order are added, select the green “Checkout” button and complete the reservation/purchase by selecting the red “Place Your Order” button on the final screen.
- Reservation Confirmation: After the reservation is complete you will receive two emails regarding your order. 1: a confirmation email receipt and 2: an email with your mobile student ticket claim for the game. Note, you must follow the steps to Save your mobile ticket claim for gameday to your mobile phone!
- On gameday, enter Wintrust Arena at the dedicated Student Gate located at the main entrance on Indiana Avenue. Present a valid DePaul University Student ID and your Mobile Student Ticket Claim to receive your game tickets and seat location(s) at the door.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Your mobile student ticket claim and DePaul Student ID are required on gameday to receive your official student section ticket. All Student Section ticket claims will be electronically delivered to your @depaul.edu email address. The mobile claim is NOT a ticket.
- Specific seat locations will be issued in the official student section on a first-come, first-served basis at Wintrust Arena upon entry. Therefore, students who enter the arena together will be able to sit together.
- Guest tickets will be issued to the DePaul Student along with their student ticket at entry. Guests must be accompanied by the DePaul Student to gain entry.
- Student section ticket claims are non-transferable.
FREE BUS TRANSPORTATION
In addition to complimentary tickets to DePaul men's and women's basketball games, currently enrolled DePaul University students may receive complimentary bus transportation from the Lincoln Park Campus to Wintrust Arena on gameday. Click here to learn more and view a bus schedule.

BAG POLICY
In an effort to enhance public safety and the fan experience, Wintrust Arena utilizes metal detectors and enforces a clear bag policy that limits the size of bags allowed.
