Promotional Product Vendors - DePaul University Athletics

Per University policy, all promotional products featuring a DePaul name or logo must be ordered from a licensed vendor.

Licensed vendors are those companies who have applied to DePaul University for permission to use our brand. They must follow a standard art approval process, provide proof of liability insurance, disclose manufacturers and adhere to the supply chain regulations outlined by the Workers Rights Consortium, of which DePaul is a member. Membership in the Fair Labor Association is also encouraged for all licensees. This process is also the mechanism by which DePaul upholds its commitment to the United States Patent and Trademark Office in exchange for federal trademark protections.

To order promotional products and branded apparel, please select a vendor from the list below. You may also contact licensing@depaul.edu for recommendations and/or assistance.

Licenses are one-year terms with quarterly staggered renewals. This list will be updated upon each renewal period.

Please note that it is permissible to purchase licensed product from a retailer using University funds. This could include pre-decorated product or custom wholesale items from a retailer like the DePaul Bookstore, Desert Cactus or YETI. However, associated retail costs will apply. Signage and Printed Products
Generally, signage and display products, as well as paper printed materials, are exempt from the licensing process. University Branding and Marketing oversees print vendors. Please connect with them for art approvals or assistance at universitybrand@depaul.edu. If Athletic marks are being used, please also connect with the Senior Associate AD for Merchandise and Licensing for art approval.
