2011-12 (Senior)
Indoor:
- Ran a career-best 1,000m run time of 2:42.83 in a 17th-place finish at the Badger Track Classic
- Placed 13th in the 800m run at the Notre Dame Invitational in a time of 2:02.75.
Outdoor:
- Finished in third place in the 800m run at the Purdue Open with a time of 2:01.78
- Placed 11th at the DePaul Invitational with a time of 2:02.50.
2010-11 (Junior)
Cross Country:
- Ran in two races during the season
- Finished the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational 8K in a time of 27:32
- Also ran in the Bradley Classic in Peoria, Ill., where he finished with an 8K time of 27:28.
Outdoor:
- Competed in the DePaul Invitational and ran in the 800m race, finishing 15th with a time of 2:04.47
- His career-best time in the 800m lowered to 2:00.74.
2009-10 (Sophmore)
Indoor:
- Lowered his personal record in the 800m to 2:01.66 at the Badger Track Classic
- Placed fifth in the 800m at the Chicago Duals behind a time of 2:01.70
- Ran the third leg for the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth at the Chicago Duals.
Outdoor:
- Clocked a personal-record time of 2:00.74 in the 800m at the Marquette Twilight
- Ran the 800m at the Chicagoland Championships in a time of 2:01.59
- Helped clock a time of 3:33.19 in the 4x400m relay at the DePaul Relays.
2008-2009 (Freshman)
Cross Country:
- Ran in three varsity races during the season
- Best time came at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational where he posted an 8K time of 27:54
- Placed 22nd overall at the Ted Hedstrand Invitational.
Indoor:
- Ran a season-best 800m at the Bob Eubanks Open with a time of 2:07.14... logged three times faster than 2:08 in the 800m
- Ran in the 4x400m relay at the Notre Dame Indoor opener to help record a time of 3:34.59
- Ran the distance medley at the Chicago Duals in a time of 11:16.75.
Outdoor:
- Set a personal record in the 800m at the Chicago Penultimate with a time of 2:01.77
- Helped win the 4x400m relay at the Viking Classic with a time of 2:35.59
- Placed fifth at the Marquette Twilight with an 800m time of 2:02.71.
High School:
- Named Most Outstanding Performer in cross county all four years
- 3,200m relay state qualifier in 2008
- Chicago Catholic League indoor track champions in 2005-2008
- CCL outdoor track champions his freshman and senior seasons
