- 2011 NJCAA Cross Country Academic All-American
- 2010 NJCAA Cross Country Academic All-American
2013:
- Ran in all six races for DePaul
- Placed third on the team in 4-of-6 races
- Selected to the BIG EAST All-Academic team.
2011:
- Illinois Central men's cross country record holder
- Individual champion at NJCAA Region 24 Cross Country Championships
- ICC's top finisher at No. 78 at NJCAA National Cross Country Championships and led team to No. 27 finish.
2010:
- Came in fourth at NJCAA Region 24 Cross Country Championships and led Illinois Central to runner-up finish
- Recorded sixth-fastest time in Illinois Central history at regionals
- ICC's No. 1 runner all season.
High School:
- Seventh at 2009 Class 2A state cross country meet
- Finished 10th at 2010 Class 2A state track and field meet in the 800m
- All-conference four years in cross country and one year in track and field
- Led cross country team to four consecutive conference titles and helped lead track and field team to three-straight conference titles.
