Lucas Shapiro enters his third season as video coordinator in 2020-21 after serving as a graduate assistant during the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons.

As video coordinator, Shapiro assists the coaching staff and lead the program’s efforts with video breakdown of practice and games as well as opponent scouting.

Prior to earning his graduate degree from DePaul in June 2018, Shapiro was a manager for four seasons at Missouri. Shapiro and Leitao worked together for two seasons from 2012-2014 when Leitao was an assistant coach on the Missouri staff and Shapiro was a student manager. Shapiro was a manager for four seasons with the Tigers before graduating in May 2016.

In addition to serving as a manager at Missouri, he also gained digital media experience with Under Armour and the Hoop Group during the summers of 2014 and 2015.
