Beth Olinger joined DePaul as an associate athletics director for development in September 2026.

In her role, she is committed to serving DePaul alumni and donors, with the goal of raising funds to support Blue Demons student-athletes pursuing excellence in the classroom, competition and the community.

Before arriving at DePaul, Olinger served as associate director of development for major gifts at the John Purdue Club and as an assistant director of development for annual giving with the John Purdue Club. Most recently, Olinger played a role in a record-breaking year, raising $60 million in support of Purdue Athletics. Previously, she worked with Purdue as a development associate for events and stewardship from August 2017 to March 2019.

Prior to returning to Purdue, Olinger served as a development coordinator for events and operations and as an assistant director of development at Miami (Ohio).

A native of Michigan City, Ind., Olinger earned her bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Purdue. Her interests include spending time with her family and attending sporting events. Olinger and her husband, Cowan, have a son, Anthony, and reside in Chicago.
