Carly Dressler joined DePaul Athletics in December 2021 as Assistant Athletics Director for NCAA Compliance. Dressler was elevated to Associate AD in July 2023.Â
Prior to DePaul, Dressler had two stints at North Carolina in the academics and compliance departments. Dressler spent two years as a compliance assistant before moving to Indianapolis to work as Assistant Director of Compliance and Academics at Butler. Dressler spent three years with the Bulldogs before returning to her alma mater where she worked as an Academic Counselor for three years at North Carolina.Â
Dressler is a two-time graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Sciences and a Master's in Sport Administration.Â
