Clyde Bradshaw played for DePaul from 1977-81, playing an integral part in the team's that helped make DePaul a national name. To this day, Bradshaw still holds the Blue Demons record for single-season assists with 215 in 1979-80. Bradshaw also ranks in the top-10 in a number of single-season statistical categories including steals (79 in 1980-81) and minutes played (1,059 in 1980-81).Â
Bradshaw recorded a then-school record seven steals in the 1979 game against Northwestern, on the way to the Blue Demons 1979 Final Four run. As a junior and senior, Bradshaw served as a team captain.Â
Post graduation, Bradshaw was drafted by the Atlanta Hawks in the second round of the 1981 NBA Draft. He would later go on to play for Lattesole Bologna (1981-82; Italy), the Lancaster Lightning and Cincinnati Slammers (1984-85), the Connecticut Colonials (1985), the Evansville Thunder (1985-86) and Jersey Jammers (1987).Â
