Vonckx First For Women's Cross Country

CHICAGO - For the first time this season Mary Vonckx led the Blue Demon women's cross country team as she took 56th overall at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational on Saturday, September 30 at Montrose Harbor.

Vonckx, a senior from Arlington Heights, Ill., clocked a time of 23:24 to pace the Blue Demon contingent. Freshman Erin Moffett finished second for DePaul and 59th overall in 23:25.
