Moffett Leads Women's Cross Country

WEST LAFAYETTE, IN - Erin Moffett was DePaul's top finisher at the Murray Keating Memorial Championships on Saturday on Purdue's campus.

Moffett, a freshman from Lake Zurich, Ill., finished 17th overall in a time of 24:06.80. Classmate Leah Rygh was the Blue Demons' second finisher, placing 25th overall in 25:01.10.

DePaul's contingent was rounded out by Jessica karlin (28th in 26:56.80), Lynsey Psimas (29th in 27:00.80), Molly Marcucci (30th in 28:06.50) and Shelly Knight (31st in 28:25.60).

Head coach Gordon Thomson's squad will be in action again on Saturday when it runs at the Midwest Collegiate Championships in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
