Moffett Finishes First For Women's Cross Country

KENOSHA, WI - Erin Moffet finished among the top 10 to lead the DePaul women's cross country team at the Midwest Collegiate Championships on Saturday, September 16 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Course.

Moffet, a freshman from Lake Zurich, Ill., ran the 5K course in a time of 18:51 to lead the Blue Demons. She was followed by Mary Vonckx who clocked a 19:14 to finish 18th overall.

The Blue Demon team was rounded out by Leah Rygh (19:29), Molly Marcucci (21:02), Jessica Karlin (21:27), Shelly Knight (21:27) and Trina Knight (24:06).
