CHICAGO - The madness continues at the stroke of midnight on Friday, Oct. 17, 2003 at the DePaul Athletic Center as the Blue Demons celebrate the start of a highly anticipated 2003-04 season. Count down the final seconds with the men’s and women’s basketball programs, and get ready for another exciting year of college basketball.
Join the DePaul Athletic Department, the men’s and women’s basketball teams and the fans of DePaul basketball in the annual Midnight Madness at the corner of Sheffield and Belden. The doors open at 10:45 p.m. There is no admission charge so make sure to get there early to get a seat for the night’s festivities.
The evening will feature interactive contests with the men's and women's basketball teams, a performance by the amazing and comedic mind reader, Christopher Carter, great prizes for students, and complimentary tee shirts for the first 3,000 fans to attend.
The DePaul Athletic Center is conveniently located on the Lincoln Park campus. It is adjacent to DePaul's multi-level parking facility at 2335 N. Sheffield ($5 fee). Fans can also take the CTA’s “Red Line” to the DePaul Athletic Center and get off at the Fullerton stop.
