DePaul is 2-3 after falling to #3 Kansas, 84-66, on Saturday in Lawrence, Kan. Vanderbilt is 9-0 after beating Lipscomb, 90-67, on Saturday in Nashville, Tenn. Vanderbilt is ranked 20th in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll and 21st in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll.

Jerry Wainwright is in his 14th season as a collegiate head coach and his third at DePaul. He is 220-178 overall and 34-32 with the Blue Demons. Wainwright has never faced the Commodores. Kevin Stallings is in his 15th season as a head coach, the last nine at Vanderbilt. He is 276-171 overall and 153-108 with the Commodores. Stallings is 1-2 against the Blue Demons.
