Women's Tennis Defeats Drake

Beatrix Csordas and Petra Rehusova delivered an 8-2 win over Drake’s Veronika Lesyova and Sarah Plowman at No. 1 doubles. Dunja Antunovic and Bojana Murisic gave DePaul an 8-4 victory in the second doubles match, defeating Kari Sloboth and Allison Wilkie. The third doubles flight saw Anja Mihaldinec and Kirsten Gambrell drop a 9-7 decision to Drake’s Eveline Rusdianto and Irina Kalashnikova.
Antunovic gave the Blue Demons a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Veronika Lesyova in the top flight, while Csordas defeated Kalashnikova, 7-6, 7-5, at No. 2. Murisic delivered DePaul’s dual-clinching victory at No. 5 by defeating Sloboth in three sets, 6-0, 3-6, 6-3.
