CHICAGO - DePaul opens a three-game homestand at Allstate Arena to conclude the non-conference portion of the schedule starting Tuesday night against the Milwaukee Panthers. Following the Milwaukee game, the Blue Demons host Loyola-Chicago on Dec. 18 and Florida Atlantic on Dec. 22 before opening BIG EAST play at Cincinnati on Dec. 28. The Blue Demons and Panthers are scheduled for an 8 p.m. start as DePaul enters the game at 3-6 overall and Milwaukee stands at 5-6 through 11 games.
The two sides meet for the seventh time, but just the first time since an 80-79 Blue Demon victory on Jan. 31, 1972. DePaul has won all six meetings between the two schools.
All of the action can be heard on WSCR The Score 670 AM in Chicagoland with Zach Zaidman (play-by-play) and Laurence Holmes (analyst). Tuesday's game will also be televised on The U Too (WCUU-TV) in Chicago with Daron Sutton (play-by-play) and Adrian Tigert (analyst) handling the television duties. For Chicagoland viewers watching with an antenna, the over-the-air digital position is The U Too 26.2. Chicagoland cable subscribers will see The U Too on Comcast 248, RCN 35 and WOW 170. Following the Milwaukee game, the Blue Demons host Loyola-Chicago on Saturday afternoon at Allstate Arena. The Blue Demons and Ramblers can also be seen on The U Too along with Zaidman and Holmes calling the action on The Score starting at 1 p.m.
Noting the Blue Demons: The men's basketball program is 1,368-843 (.619) all-time... the Blue Demons have knocked down at least one three-pointer in 526 straight games... DePaul's last game without a three was Feb. 16, 1993 against UAB at Allstate Arena... DePaul is 3-1 all-time in games at McGrath Arena... the Nov. 16 game against Western Carolina was the 425th for DePaul at Allstate Arena... the Blue Demons are 304-123 (.712) all-time in Rosemont... the 3-6 start to the season is the slowest since starting the 2007-08 campaign with a 2-7 record... DePaul has: trailed at halftime in six of nine games, been outrebounded in eight of nine games and allowed opponent to shoot .400 or better in eight of nine games this season.
Opponent No. 10 - Milwaukee Panthers: Milwaukee enters Tuesday's action at 5-6 following an 82-70 win at South Dakota State on Saturday night... the Panthers started the season 3-2 before dropping four of their last six games... Anthony Hill leads three players averaging in double-figures with 13.3 points per game... he is also the top rebounder with 7.0 rebounds per outing... Hill is followed in scoring by Tone Boyle (11.9 ppg) and Tony Meier (10.1 pgg)... head coach Rob Jeter is in his sixth season at Milwaukee.

- Ball State played in its second overtime game of the season... it's also the second against a BIG EAST program as the Cardinals dropped a 78-73 overtime game against St. John's at the Great Alaska Shootout on Nov. 24.
- Jarrod Jones recorded his 15th career double-double (fifth season).
- Ball State is 4-21 all-time against BIG EAST programs.
- Saturday was just the third all-time meeting between the two programs... DePaul leads the series, 2-1.
