Volleyball Begins BIG EAST Play

CHICAGO- The DePaul Volleyball team plays in DeKalb, Ill. tonight against Northern Illinois at 7 p.m. Then the Blue Demons begin their BIG EAST season playing Pittsburgh on Saturday at 2 p.m. and West Virginia on Sunday at 2 p.m.
Last weekend DePaul participated in the Miami Best Western Tournament in Oxford, Ohio. Kyndell Highland was named to the all-tournament team after leading the team with 29 kills in the three match tournament.

The Blue Demons have an all-time record of 4-14 against Northern Illinois, a 0-7 record against Pittsburgh and a 2-4 record against West Virginia.

Christy Landschoot 29 assists in the Miami Best Western Invitational and her 38 against Santa Clara moves her to 2,727 which is 89 away from fourth on DePaul's all-time record... Sheila Carroll is fourth on the all-time record list with 2,816
