
DePaul Volleyball Hits the Road

CHICAGO- The DePaul volleyball team (1-14, 0-2 BIG EAST) will continue BIG EAST play this weekend. The Blue Demons play Georgetown (11-7, 1-1 BIG EAST) on Friday at 6 p.m. in Washington and then travel to Tampa, Fla. to play USF (6-7, 2-0 BIG EAST) on Sunday at 1 p.m.
DePaul lost its last match to West Virginia 3-0 (33-31, 25-21, 25-16). Freshman Chelsea Kirkpatrick had a team high 12 kills and Kyndell Highland collected 10 kills and 10 digs.
DePaul vs. Georgetown
The Blue Demons have a 3-6 all-time record against the Hoyas. Last season, DePaul lost 3-1 (25-15, 25-18, 25-18, 25-22)
DePaul vs. USF
The Blue Demons have a 5-13 all-time record against the Bulls. Last season, DePaul lost 3-0 (25-19, 25-14, 25-16)

Katherine Knutson has had double digit digs in 10 matches this season. She leads the team with four digs per set.
Freshman Standout
Freshman Chelsea Kirkpatrick has been in double digits kills six times this season and leads the team with 2.36 kills per set.
