Today In Blue Demon History:
On November 1st 2011, The No.19 DePaul women's basketball team opened its first exhibition game of the 2011-12 season on a 6-0 run and never looked back, defeating Illinois Wesleyan 92-59 at McGrath-Phillips Arena. Ten different Blue Demons scored at least one, but it was freshman Brittany Hrynko, who pace the team with 18 points, including an 8-for-8 effort at the charity stripe. Keisha Hampton (15),Katherine Harry (10), and Chanise Jenkins (11) all finished in double-figures for DePaul, who led by as many as 38 points in the season's first exhibition.
